Payment facilities
Payment in installments is available for your purchases, passes and/or extras as soon as your basket reaches 80€ with payment by bank transfer. Payment by credit card is not available with payment in installments.
Bank transfer:
To benefit from this, simply select the payment method "payment several times by bank transfer" when placing your order. You can inform us of the number of times you wish to pay in the comment box before confirming your order.
Monthly installments for payment in installments are made each month on the approximate date of the first payment. If you need additional time, please let us know in order to keep your pass/extra.
You will need to specify in the title/information of your transfer, the order number for each payment as well as the number of the payment (for example: order 115 payment 1 of 3).
Your first payment must be sent within 72 hours maximum, your order will be validated in the days following receipt of your LAST payment, a deadline of 7 days is given, without news from us and after this period please contact us.
The last payment must be received no later than 14 days before the event.
