Please read the following information carefully before attending WOLFIES MEET GROUNDERS.

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

HOTEL INFORMATION:

-The Holiday Inn hotel offers free private parking upon presentation of your badge when you leave (to obtain the exit ticket).

-The event area will be closed during the lunch break.

-It is not possible to bring your meals and eat them in the hotel.

-For lunch, those who have pre-ordered their lunch box can pick it up and pay at the dedicated stand in the dining area.

-For others, the hotel offers a 10% discount on their restaurant menu upon presentation of your badge/bracelet.

-Other dining options are available nearby. You can go out and come back.

 

BADGE DISTRIBUTION:

-You can pick up your badge and envelop in the event area on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

-Sunday pass holders can only pick up their badges on Sunday, except for those with the Reunited Party extra, who can pick up their badge and Reunited Party extra starting at 8:45 PM in the reception area. However, you must be present on Sunday morning to collect your extras.

-For latecomers who cannot arrive before 10:00 AM, you can pick up your badge and envelop at our shop throughout the day.

-The event schedule will be published in the coming days.

-Participants with a Weekend or One-day pass without extras can pick up their badge at the dedicated "pass without extras" stand, saving you time.

-For participants who chose the AVOIR (credit) option following the cancellation of Henry Ian Cusick, you will find the coupon to use on-site in your envelope.

REMINDERS:

-To collect your badge and the envelope containing the purchased or included extras, you must present your purchase receipts (on your phone or printed) and an ID.

-If you have purchased more than 3 extras, we suggest noting down all the order numbers and corresponding extras (including the day) on a sheet of paper or your phone to avoid any issues. If this is not done and your envelope contains an error, we will ask you to take the time to do it and come back once it's done to avoid waiting at the badge distribution stands.

-Minor participants, do not forget to bring the signed parental consent form: Parental Consent Form

-To collect the badge and envelope for someone else, you must present a photocopy of their ID, a written authorization from them, and their purchase receipts (and parental consent form if the participant is a minor).

ATTENTION: Carefully check your extra tickets when collecting your badge, as no exchanges or additions can be made after verification and signature.

-Once you have your extras, we strongly advise you to write your badge number on the back of each of your tickets in case of loss/theft. This will allow us to perform checks, but it only works if you note it down.

-Only event pass holders can access the badge distribution, stand areas, and the event itself. All companions (parents, friends, etc.) must remain outside the event area (the hotel has a bar).

SEATING:

-Once you have collected your badge, wristband, and envelope containing your extras, head to the main hall. A team member will accompany you to your designated pass area.

-Seating is free within each pass area, but you must keep your seat throughout the day. We trust you not to take someone else's seat during the day.

-Seats in the conference room will be marked by row, with VIP and Eclipse pass holders in the front rows, followed by Wolfies/Grounders pass holders, and so on. You cannot sit in a row higher than your pass category. Several checks will be conducted to ensure proper seating in each area.

 

EXTRA SESSIONS:

-Calls for extras will be displayed on the main room screen and on the Twitter/X account: @reunited_live, as well as announced verbally by our team. We remind you that we are not responsible if you miss an extra session. Be attentive and check the ongoing extra calls to avoid missing a session. Do not rely solely on the schedule, which may change throughout the day. The Twitter/X account is accessible without an account, but if you have one, we suggest enabling notifications.

-To avoid overcrowding in the extra rooms, it is forbidden to enter the extra area if you do not have the ongoing extra or if your pass category or row has not been called. Several team members will verify during each call to ensure that only the called passes and rows have access to the extra rooms.

-Please go to the extra session when your row is called and do not wait for your friends or later sessions. Sessions are scheduled to give you time to enjoy. If you wait for the afternoon session or the end of the session to do your extra, we may have to speed up in the afternoon to stick to the schedule.

-Once your extra is done, return directly to the conference room (unless instructed by staff to go to another ongoing session). Friends/parents without extras cannot accompany you during the extra sessions.

-If you are not in the conference room during the extra calls and miss your extra, it cannot be done later or refunded. Please note that extra sessions may be delayed or advanced, so be attentive!

-Unfortunately, the time for each participant is limited during photoshoots, autographs, selfies, and videobooth sessions to stick to the day's schedule.

-Gifts/fanbooks can only be given during autograph sessions.

-If you wish to exchange more than a few words with one of the guests, we suggest the meeting where you can chat, or write a letter to give them during the autograph sessions (only).

-Prepare your pose before your turn for photoshoots/selfies. If the pose image is on your phone, a team member will show it to the guest. In case of abuse (recordings), phones will be completely banned in the extra rooms. -Some poses may be refused, especially floor poses due to several incidents.

-As Lindsey Morgan is pregnant (a 10th hidden guest^^), we will only allow simple poses for her comfort.

-If no pose is chosen before your turn with the guest, you will have a selection to choose from. If you do not choose one, the team member or the guest will choose for you.

-Video recordings are prohibited during selfies. In case of abuse, selfies may be taken by a team member with your phone or replaced with a normal photoshoot. We count on you to respect the rules and the actors.

-If you want to go to an extra session with another participant who has a different pass than yours, you will have to go with the lower pass category than yours.

-If you have purchased priority access, you can go to the sessions whenever you want by presenting your card.

 

MEETING:

-If you have a meeting, go to the "MEETING POINT" (indicated by our team + sign) no more than 5 minutes before the meeting starts.

-A team member will guide you to the meeting session.

-If you have an extra at the same time, a team member will ensure you do not miss it during the meeting, so please let them know.

VIDEOBOOTH:

-There will be only one session per day. If you have this extra, please pay close attention to the calls.

APERITIF/PRIVATE LUNCH :

-Meet at the "MEETING POINT" (indicated by our team + sign) no more than 5 minutes before the session starts.

SELFIES:

-Guests with a morning session will also have a short afternoon session; there will be no catch-up afterward. Please pay close attention to the calls.

-We remind that photos, videos, and recordings of guests during extra sessions are strictly prohibited. It is only allowed in the conference room only. We ask you to respect this and not try to take photos, videos, or record the guests, as this may result in expulsion without a refund. We will apply zero tolerance. There will be few warnings before expulsion. This rule is mainly for the respect of the guests we host, who cannot be filmed unknowingly throughout the day. We kindly ask you to respect them.

-Photographers and partners will be present to capture some of your moments, so we count on you, Grounders/Wolfies!

CONFERENCES:

-Think about the questions you want to ask the actors during the conferences. Please avoid overly personal or inappropriate questions, which will be refused.

-The opening and closing conferences will bring together all the guests.

-There will be one conference dedicated to Teen Wolf and one dedicated to The 100 before and after the lunch break. During the Teen Wolf conference, there will be duo/group photo sessions for The 100, and vice versa.

REUNITED PARTY INFO:

-Meet at 9:00 PM in the hotel reception hall with your ID, badge, and evening ticket.

-A stand with unlimited soft drinks will be available from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, drinks must be purchased at the hotel bar.

-We will also offer a glass of sparkling punch (with or without alcohol) and another small surprise (with or without alcohol).

-We remind you that the guests will be present for at least one hour during the party. Photos/videos/recordings of the guests are strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion.

-The guests are there to have fun with you. Please do not overwhelm them so they feel comfortable staying to chat or dance with you. Remember that many people want to enjoy the guests' presence, so give some space to shyer individuals.

-Do not hesitate to notify a team member if some participants are monopolizing a guest's time and you do not have the opportunity to approach them.

GENERAL:

-Always wear your badge around your neck and your wristband (including for the evening).

-Our team will be available to answer your questions throughout the weekend.

-Extras will be on sale (in limited quantities) at our shop, new duo photoshoots will be available. Credit card and cash payments will be accepted.

We have some surprises for you:

-A daily raffle with many prizes to be won! DRAWING AROUND 12:00 PM.


-Photobooths and numerous accessories (various balloons, fun glasses, flower necklaces, etc.) to add fun to your photoshoots and videobooths! It is strictly forbidden to leave with any of the accessories provided. Theft will not be tolerated, and if accessories are missing at the end, we will unfortunately not offer them again at our future events.


-Games and activities with various participants await you on-site. Get ready to test your knowledge of the series and win prizes!

STANDS:

-You will also find several exhibitors stands. See the full list on our website: WMG Partners Goodies, jewelry, T-shirts, sweatshirts, drawings, and even selfie printing—there's something for everyone!

-Mel'G Make up: She will offer a makeup & tattoo stand based on the two series. She will be present both days + Reunited Party. Feel free to visit her; it's free, and she's super nice!

-The Paris Lacrosse Club will be there on Sunday, February 23. They will introduce you to lacrosse and answer your questions about the sport featured in Teen Wolf!

-We will welcome several speakers who will offer you different activities: quizzes, conferences and even a magician to entertain you during the two days!

If you have purchased a pass for another participant, please forward this email to them.

We want to express that organizing this event has been a pleasure. For 10 years, we have been working on these two series and with these two casts. We can hardly believe that we are only a few days away from this reunion. We have put a lot of love and energy into organizing Wolfies meet Grounders. We are really looking forward to it!
